What you'll need to do:

Step 1 Select a Referral Agent to identify the Booking Agent, individual or advertisement that referred you to TechRiderPro.com

Step 2 Enter your Venue contact information. You should have names, contact phone numbers and e-mail addresses for any personnel not already listed in your Venue Specification document(s).
Step 3 Select the plan and hosting options that best fit your needs. Enter your payment information. All transactions will be handled on our 128 bit Secure Server.
Step 4 Upload your documents to TechRiderPro.com for review and posting to the site. You should know the file name(s) and location on your computer of your Venue Specs document. Word documents, Excel, ASCII text files, HTML files and Adobe PDF files are preferred. Your document may consist of a combination of different file types. TechRiderPro.com will standardize the format in order to allow all Internet users to view your document. TechRiderPro.com offers two packages:

 

 

The Standard Listing

 

Includes the Contact Information sheet you will fill out in Step 2 and up to 12 pages of information and/or drawings pertaining to the technical aspects of your Venue.  Venue Specs exceeding 12 pages will be charged $25 per additional page for setup; however, there will be no additional hosting fees.  TechRiderPro.com does not display promotional materials, contract specific information, or performance schedules.  We will also include one digital photograph of your stage to assist presenters and performers visualize your space.  The photo file size must not exceed 100K, and the dimensions should be no larger than 640 x 480 pixels.

 

 

Tech Lite

 

This option is designed for Venues requiring just a few pages.  It includes the contact information page and up to four pages of text and/or drawings.  This option is suitable for many Venues.
