Keeping your Information current at
TechRiderPro.com is one of our main goals. Changes will be made at No
Charge and there is no limit to the number of changes you make to your Venue
Specs.
In order to prevent mischievous or malicious
changes to your information, we will require your Access Code Number.
This number was sent to you with your confirmation notice when you registered.
If you have forgotten your Access Code Number contact Customer Service

Making changes
to the Contact Page
To change the information on your Contact page
click the button below to bring up your Contact Information Page. Edit the
page as necessary – add, change, delete entries – then click the Submit
Button at the bottom of the page. Changes to your Contact Page will be
posted within 24 hours
Making changes to your Venue Specs
Locate your Venue Specs on your computer. Make
any necessary changes to the original documents and/or drawings you
submitted to TechRiderPro.com After making the changes to your Venue Spec
document, use the Browse button below to locate the corrected file on your
computer. The entire document should be sent
to insure that complete, accurate information is
being presented. Once the file is located, click the Submit Button. Your
updated Venue Specs will be posted within 24 hours.
